FAQ

 Ask Me:

Why Should I hire you?

My goal is to make this experience feel easy and meaningful from the very beginning. I believe great photography starts with trust and open communication while learning what matters most to you.

Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you feel confident and prepared, from timing to locations and important details. When the day arrives, I work quietly and intentionally, allowing moments to unfold naturally while making sure nothing important is missed.

You’ll receive your images quickly so you can relive the experience and share it right away. As your life, brand, or business grows, I hope to continue working together, becoming your trusted photographer.

How Would You Describe Your Photography Style?

Over the span of my photography career, I have experienced the many trending words used to describe a photography style. These include candid, lifestyle, artistic, dramatic, documentary, photojournalistic, modern, vintage, classic, traditional, and more. I can honestly say that ALL of these words play a role in one way or another throughout my photography style. I am adaptable to challenging situations such as ever-changing light, weather patterns, day-of scheduling adjustments, and more.

What is Your Pricing?

I completely understand and respect your need for transparent, affordable pricing. I don’t post my prices online because there are many variables such as locations, hours of coverage needed, and which services are the best fit for you. I encourage you to send me an email so I can learn more about your photography needs and provide you with the right quote. I have a two hour minimum which starts at $1,500.

Where Is Your Studio Located and How Far Will You Travel?

I am located in Southern NH at 33 Howard St, Wilton #25 on the third floor in a beautiful old mill building with amazing natural light. I am there during the week most days but recommend that you make an appointment in case I’m shooting. I LOVE to travel and there are no limits to how far I will go. I have been on assignment to Fiji, American Samoa, Hawaii, Punta Cana, Mexico, and all over the United States.

Do You Edit Your Own Photos?

Yes! I personally cull, color correct, and edit your photos one at a time for the best results. With every image I carefully edit, I have the thought in the back of mind “what if THIS shot was their favorite of all time?” I will provide you with quality photos that tell a complete story.

Who Owns the Copyright to the Photos?

My photography service includes a copyright release that allows you to download, print, and share your digital files and photos. The copyright remains with me as the photographer who created the images, meaning it cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else.

How Do I Order Professional Quality Albums and Enlargements?

Your password-protected digital files are delivered via direct download to an online gallery within 5-7 days of your wedding date. From this gallery, you can organize, share, and upload digital files. You can also order prints, canvas prints, cards, enlargements, albums, and more online. I highly encourage clients to order products from a professional lab. Why invest in professional photography and then order from a non-professional lab that will produce substandard quality?

What Photography Services Do You Provide?

I offer a wide range of fun, creative sessions both in my studio and on location. My work includes product photography, corporate events, personal and professional branding, and portraits—but at the heart of everything I do is storytelling. Whether we are collaborating to grow your brand, telling a love story, or marking a milestone, my intent is to create images that reflect who you truly are and how the moment feels.

Are You Insured?

A definite YES! I can provide my certificate of insurance at any time for anyone that needs it.

What Kind of Equipment Do You Have?

I’m a Canon girl! I have enjoyed the process of learning and growing through 20 years of equipment formats. I started this profession with Nikon film cameras then on to Mamiya film/digital backs, to my current Canon digital cameras. I use Canon Mark IV. My lenses are 24-70’s and 70-200mm. I use the ProFoto on-camera flash systems when natural light is not available or need to “fill in”. I have a large selection of Paul C Buff studio products which include lights on stands, softboxes, and backdrops for use as needed.

I’m Ready To Book With You - What Are The Next Steps?

After we have discussed your photography needs in detail, I will provide you with a contract for review to sign, date, and send in with your non-refundable retainer. I require the remainder of the balance prior to the session.

Can You Share Any Last Thoughts or Advice

Plan with intention, but leave room for the unexpected—some of the most memorable moments happen naturally. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach, and I’ll work closely with you to capture the session just as you envision. With clear, responsive communication and prompt delivery of your images, you can relax and fully enjoy the experience while we bring your story to life.
